Approximately 160 Acres of land is expected to be purchased for this project, located just a few miles off of I-40 surrounded by BLM land with immediate access to Hwy-95 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

This proposed project plan has been formed to take advantage of the strong demand in the RV Park/Self-Storage industry to achieve a dominant presence in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Together, Warrior Custom Storage & RV, LP and Riverbound Storage Management, LLC is committed to generate dozens of pre-sold units with the ultimate goal of gaining full occupancy within 4 years. Goals have been set to rent the first 100 units (Phase I) in the first six months of operation. Immediately following with another 200 units (Phase II) to be rented six months thereafter. Then, another 300 units (Phase III) to be rented by end of year 2. Finally, scaling the business up and renting the remaining 400 units (Phase IV) would be warranted by end of year 3. We anticipate a strong demand for our unique facility offering indoor and outdoor storage for less than half the price per square foot than other storage facilities in the Lake Havasu area.
