Ground Keeper

As Ground Keeper, you will report directly to the General Manager and should be qualified to operate maintenance equipment of various kinds, ensure top quality cleanliness, have a strong work ethic, strong organizational skills, and be friendly and polite. Duties also include landscaping, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting capabilities are important. Trash pickup and collection, window and siding washing, and simple repair responsibilities.

$17.50 Hourly Rate
Wages are Negotiable based on Resume/Experience/Qualifications
