Our facility has a general store, laundromat, pull-through wash station and fuel station. Each site will include individual pedestals which will have full hook-up provisions plus sewage runoff for RV’s and campers. There will be a swimming pool and spa, golf driving range, tennis court, basketball court, a kids park and a dog exercise area. Each 20’ x 50’ Man-Cave will be erected on a 5”-3,000 PSI concrete pad, which will be fully enclosed with 6” (R-19) vinyl reinforced back fiberglass insulation and constructed with a 16’x14’ insulated steel overhead door with an electric draw bar operator.

Yes, upon request we will make sure each customer has access to climate control for their RV Park Building. With temperatures well above 100 degrees for most of the summer, we do anticipate climate control features to be widely requested.
Yes, we have purposely lowered our prices below average market prices for RV parks and Storage Facilities in the area. However, in the entire Havasu area, no other facility can match what we are offering. We truly have a one of a kind concept for this area. We are targeting long term RV community residents with needs for a larger climate controlled steel building. Instead of storing boats, off-road vehicles, RVs, other vehicles and personal property in numerous locations, our park will allow consumers to store everything in one spot. RV owners nationwide will be using our facility as a home base for extended stays and travel opportunities.
Yes, since we are promoting customization, we want to offer our own customizing services through a list of preferred vendors to each of our customers.
Each site is approx 75’x75′. Each standard sized structure is 35′ wide and 50′ deep, leaving about 20′ of open area on each side of your RV Park Building. This open area is included in your ground lease, therefore you can use for added parking, maneuvering trailers, games, tables, or outdoor storage. We just ask that you keep it tidy and presentable when you’re not using the facilities.
Yes, in all fairness to each individual park resident, we will use modern technology allowing us to monitor water and electric usage for all RV Park Buildings. Each customer will be charged separate for their electrical usage only. Septic and water costs will be built into the 99-year ground lease.
No, in fact Riverbound Custom Storage & RV Park is known to be the first of its kind in the Southwestern United States. We are building a one stop shop for off roaders, RVers looking for a home base, and river enthusiasts. Our park is approx. 10 Miles from one of the most concentrated boat launch ramps in one of the most widely used recreational areas in the entire United States. Unlike most facilities, we will offer a transportation/concierge type service to our customers for an added fee. This service can include fueling, detailing, and even drop-off/pick-up at the customer’s instructions. We are looking forward to hosting a long term community of outdoor recreation enthusiasts.
No, Riverbound owns the fee simple land outright so we won’t have to worry about a land lease expiring or eminent domain. Our property tract is surrounded by BLM land, so feel free to peel out into the desert oasis and enjoy your offroading excursions.
